See the Magic at the State Library of Victoria

Imagine the joy of accessing rare historical material for the very first time, while having the world of history at your fingertips.

DatacomIT revealed the magic of the MagicBox for the first time in Australia at the Museums Australian National Conference in June and the reaction was incredible.  The audience were shocked, amazed and taken back by the advanced technology.

The MagicBox is a beautifully designed display cabinet with a user friendly transparent glass touch screen interface, giving you access to valuable yet fragile material without a single touch. This amazing innovation is on display at the State Library of Victoria for all to see and experience.

The State Library of Victoria is located at 328 Swanston Street, Melbourne. The founders of the library believe that access to knowledge is critical for the development of a civil and prosperous community, and created the Library as ‘the people’s university’ – a place of learning and discovery of all Victorians.  The MagicBox is the perfect addition to the library, giving visitors the opportunity to experience history.

For a personal demonstration of the MagicBox, please give Richard Wilson a call on 03 9522 2015 to arrange a time to meet at the State Library of Victoria. You won’t be disappointed!
