We are pleased to announce an advancement in our ongoing commitment to preserving and providing access to valuable collections within university and school archives.
We are currently implementing the Recollect Collection Management Solution for several prominent university and school archives in NSW. It will ensure their rich history remains accessible to students, faculty, alumni, and the wider community.
These implementations mark a significant step forward in our mission to empower university and school Archivists to efficiently manage their physical, and digital collections. Compliance with legal obligations for the retention of digitally preserved records, are another important reason educational institutions choose Recollect.
Recollect also enables collaborative sharing of collections within the institution, and with external stakeholders. Faculty members can collaborate on research projects, students can access primary sources for assignments, and alumni can reconnect with their former institutions and peers to share memories.
We have just handed over fully implemented sites to Sydney’s Barker College and Wenona School, who will be going live in the coming months. We are honoured to have played a role in facilitating the implementation of the Recollect Collection Management Solution for them and look forward to their official launches, and other’s in the pipeline.
