Our Copibook book scanner stole the show in the background at the Australian War Memorial during a recent episode of A Current Affair.

A Current Affair takes us back to the 1940s! The Australian War Memorial are sifting through 1000s of love letters and looking for volunteers to transcribe the letters to share with the world, as each letter is a testament to the enduring power of love and human resilience.

Love letters from WWII provide a unique and intimate glimpse into the lives of those who lived through one of the most significant periods of human history. Preserving these letters digitally ensures that future generations can access and learn from them, keeping alive the memories and experiences of those who lived through the war.

The Australian War Memorial acquired a CopiBook scanner in order to digitise some of their priceless materials since it provides extremely high image quality without sacrificing efficiency.
