DatacomIT are delighted to have assisted the Bull Creek Aviation Museum with their recent purchase of an ATIZ Book Drive Pro. This device is designed specifically for the capture of rare and fragile bound material whilst preserving the integrity of bound material.

The Museum chose the ATIZ Book Drive Pro primarily as a vehicle to create searchable PDF copies of their collection of rare and fragile bound material for publication on their website.

The Bull Creek Aviation Museum have over 10,000 books and about 30,000 magazines as well as numerous other documents relating to Australian and International aviation and its history. By undertaking a digitisation project with the ATIZ Book Drive Pro, the Museum intend to make parts of the collection available to researchers and enthusiasts worldwide.
