Position Description
We are looking for a dedicated candidate with experience in handling the entire project framework smoothly from end to end. Maintain customer focus and show by example of commitment to project involvement as well as participating with the Project management team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibilities on the planning, handling and delivering of the assigned tasks with minimal level of resources and supervision
  • Ensure the assigned projects/tasks are completed within given resources and delivered on a timely manner
  • Liaison with project management team and present higher level of project information (including, but not limited to, daily, weekly and monthly reports) for just-in-time decision making by the production manager

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist the production manager with documentation and reporting the status of major projects, which involved a certain level of complexity
  • Involved in project planning and execution
  • Perform any ad hoc administrative tasks, if needed

Working hours 9:00am – 5:15pm. Monday to Friday (with the possibility of working beyond the normal hours, if necessary)

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in project management
  • Have a sound background in Digitisation/Imaging is highly preferred

About the role
We are excited to announce that we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly skilled Software Engineering Project Manager to join our DevOps team. We are looking for someone who could assist with existing software projects, set up the software testing environment, and improve the documentation procedure.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for some existing deliveries, including the future project migration to the cloud (AWS or the like). You will be managing multiple SAAS projects and looking for innovative technologies (i.e. AI) as part of the digital preservation strategy.

To be successful, the Software Engineering Project Manager will possess extensive knowledge of most software development cycles, excellent in project management, be a great collaborator, and an analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen. But most important of all, the successful candidate will add to the culture of the team and wider business leading their team to continued success.


  • Project Management of existing/future projects
  • Introduce new solutions through the DevOps team from concept through to commercial operation
  • Working with the highly talented 5 people digital preservation team, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery to the client
  • Continuously evaluate/identify new technologies (i.e. AI, Blockchain) for future SAAS offers as part of Digital Preservation Strategies
  • Assist other business areas (i.e. Imaging) with more efficient automation processes

Essential Skills

  • 2 – 3 years project management experience, effectively managing resources and tasks
  • A strong background understanding in web development, Linux, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DevOps, API development will be needed
  • Knowledge in Data Processing for Imaging Production would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of successful software project deliveries and documentation
  • Strong organisational skills, including time management and ability to balance multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Understanding of the following technologies and programming languages:

This role involves managing the Imaging team and Photographic equipment; using Capture One Pro software to capture and adjust high-resolution scans to retain the maximum integrity to originals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Management of staff members; includes interviewing, hiring and training staff members; planning, assigning and prioritising work; appraising performance; management of staff members; addressing complaints and resolving problems, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Ensuring Project Specifications are met and delivered
  • Communicating project expectations and monitoring staff performance against set expectations & KPIs

You would have a sound background in Digital/Imaging and will be responsible for ensuring that the team has been trained, guided, and inspired to maximise their potential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing and contributing to a successful Digitisation Team
  • Handling day-to-day activities at Sydney office, which includes, but not limited to:
    • Distributing project related information to team members
    • Performing quality check on the team’s operation and performance
    • Keeping track of and determining the goals that the team would need to work toward
    • Releasing of digital throughputs to Melbourne Head Office
    • Collaborating effectively with the project management team in Melbourne Head Office
    • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports to and working closely with production manager on relevant planning and monitoring the workflow of each project
  • Resolving conflicts or assisting team members in solving resources/quality related challenges
  • Supervising the Digitisation Team to ensure alignments with project(s) expectation and outcomes

Additional Responsibilities

  • Analysing and assessing huge volume of information and ability to decide appropriate action based upon sound judgement
  • Providing technical support to Production Manager if client’s on-site visit is required
  • Evaluating the team progress and suggesting ways for improvement
